Spotted this list of the top 150 SEO blogs, although im in some friendly company id doubt im really 128th material am I?

Just a quick one, spotted this site from a tweet by @seanfee80 promoting his excellent Vidschool site.

Really interesting ad format and placement, normally I would suggest that adverts need to be in an obvious place and that they are one of the most obvious and enticing things on the page to click on the page. These ads break that final rule but I still think they look like an effective ad placement and implementation to me.

Seriously though give me a good reason why I still live in the UK, its grey and it rains 350 days a year…

I took my daughter into Blackpool last night to see the fireworks and we nearly got caught up in a mass fist fight between a Glaswegen mother and her daughters drunken friend…

Why havent I moved yet?

Spent the last weekend at the fantastic Thinkvisibility conference. It was great to catch up with a few people and great to meet some more new friends.

As a conference I think @thehodge has got it just about right, its a great mix of the social and the useful. Not too big an event and enough time and opportunity to meet nearly everyone.
